Come visit us and experience one of the world’s oldest wellness practices-sound healing well bathing in the energy of love, delivered by Pittsburgh’s own “Rooted In Sound”.
Using both gongs and therapy grade Himalayan singing bowls “Rooted In Sound” will use sound to create space for a deep meditative state - sending vibrations through your entire body to promote relaxation. We will also be doing guided meditation focused on self love as well as expressing love for a partner or companion.
Within this relaxed state clients report an array of outcomes ranging from deep sleep to a flood of inspired and creative thought.
Participation is limited to 10 people and will take place in the upstair of Legacy Commons Building in Boardman Ohio. Feel free to spend the rest of the day at Thermea Day Spa and Retreat for $20.
We will be practicing social distancing and recommend bringing your own yoga mat, blankets, pillows and bolsters.
An open heart and mind and some transition time after the treatment are recommended. We look forward seeing you.
